Ok so let me see how good my deductive skills are :). That picture would be your hand intertwined with the girlfriend (btw is that the same girl from the sexy orange photo on the right?) and there are two (possibly three) reasons for posting it here randomly:
1. you got in a fight
2. she is reading the blog and its an inside thing
3. you are about to propose to her :)

I am wayy off on all 3 but it was a fun way to relax for about 3 minutes before I have to go back to battleing with ASP and VB which totally suck.
