Well it seems I have to work more on the banner, well not really on the banner but on the fonts... Still don't know how to fix that problem though. The icons are currently 22x22, I'll try with 16x16. 

Regarding the change I like to changes layours from time to time, but this time I also got two, let's say, "motivation" emails - from the new visitors - regarding blog's presentation which motivated me to change it a bit.
