YALM: Yet Another Layout Modification

I've modified again the blog's layout, I often get tired of having the same layout for a long time.
This time instead of creating one from scratch I based on the one I already had done because it was simple and clean. The modifications weren't many, but I think they boost the look of the blog. Here are the modifications listed:
  1. There's a new panel which includes a brief presentation about me and yet another ugly photo of myself. laugh
  2. There's a small banner, to give some visual impact. The keyboard photo was shot by me a while ago and full photo can be found in >>storage.
  3. The blog date's background for new entries became a gradient instead of a solid color.
  4. The icons for permalink, user snip, regular snip and comment were changed.
  5. Navigation arrows for next page and previous page of the weblog were also added.
I'm no designer but I'm very happy with the result I came up with. It seems to me that it's clean and stylish - still I may be wrong.
As usual comments regarding the modifications, or any suggestions, are more than welcome.
